However, it faces many of the same problems that Canada does – access to capital, the tax environment and access to talent. 43% say they are actively considering relocating outside the UK. The UK has mounted an aggressive plan to strengthen its tech sector and keep firms at home.

A prominent figure in his field and in the role of government supporting small businesses.
