SUMMARY:Entrepreneurship through acquisition - Webinar March 4\, 2026
DESCRIPTION:Entrepreneurship through acquisition\nEntrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA) is a path to business ownership where an individual buys and operates an existing\, established small or medium-sized business instead of starting one from scratch\, allowing them to become an owner-operator with immediate revenue\, customers\, and infrastructure\, bypassing the high risks and lengthy development of a typical startup. She also serves as CEO of CRSS\, a leading provider of complex care services for individuals with complex developmental\, physical and medical needs across Ontario.\n\nModerator:  Peter Josty\, Executive Director of the Centre for Innovation Studies in Calgary. \nTime:  9:00 -10:30 MST; 11:00-12:30 EST\nDate: Wednesday March 4th 2026\nPlace: By Zoom \nRegistration \nBy Email:  martha@thecis.ca\nBy Phone: 1-403-968-3722\nOnline: Register online \nPlease note:  a QR code will be generated when you register online\, but this is not active as this is not an in-person event. \nUpon registration Martha will send you the Zoom link prior to the webinar date. \nPeter Josty\, PhD\, MBA\nExecutive Director\,\nThe Centre for Innovation Studies (THECIS)\,\nP.O.
